Sick for forum profiles, Magic for web 2.0s and wikis, and klonopin for the anxiety attacks from waiting you're gonna get if you are aiming at a competitive niche and only using these tools.

I just used Magic Submitter till now and I think it does a great job with great support from the developer

I'd pick Magic. I gave it a try again and it's so much better than the last time I've tried it. There isn't anything it can't do and any site it can't post to.

I had one heck of a time with Sick, but the platforms are kind of nice. Try GSA.

Haven't tried Sick but Magic Submitter is pretty badass, it supports quite a few platforms and you can add your own list of sites into it which is very nice, support is good too but I'm using senuke the most.
