PBN and Guest posting has some key differences.
PBN is a much unique technique compared to guest posts. You can easily capture the authority of another webpage by creating backlinks. But the process is much riskier than guest posting.
On the other hand, if you do things by the book, Guest posting is right for you. It is simpler and less risky. But it takes a lot of time to get results from Guest posting.

Well depends. Good PBNs like Tiberius ones are very expensive and monthly paid. But these will give you very good results.
But if you have a budget of like 300€ a month, you cant add more links cause the network cost this money monthly.
Depends what are your goals. I would go for Guest Posts.

Depends on where you buy it from, but a top of the line guest post is better than top of the line pbn links.

Man, I feel you on that. Guest posting might cost a pretty penny, but it's like investing in quality over quantity. PBNs might be cheaper, but they can be risky business, you know? Google's always on the lookout for those. If you wanna play it safe and build a real solid rep, go for guest posting, even if it means spending more. Quality always wins, my friends!

Both PBN and Guest post has theire own value, Now it's depends how you manage this. If you take gust post from irelevaent sites or category. It's better to take PBN instead of guest post. Also Guest post is very much effective if you take from niche related websites. PBN can give you instant result but you can't get permananet result or rank with them. I would be suggest you to take some high quality guest post from relavent websites. Also web 2.0 can better for foundation links.
