Which is better, guest posting or PBN?

You need to first understand what you're doing. A PBN that costs $1 to $10 and is only a 1 time fee, would hardly be a strong or good quality PBN.

Good PBNs are powerful, just as powerful a guest posts and they certainly won't cost you max of $10. If you don't know much about what you're doing, go with guest posts because buying PBN links from a poor seller, would hurt you more than you would gain. While some guest posts fail to perform, they don't hurt much, unless you fucked up really badly.

Before choosing either of those, ensure your content and keywords are well optimized and targeted so that when you send them the links your ranks would start improving. If content isn't how it should be, no links would rescue you.

In my opinion the guest posting is better because it produce high quality links but if you need to achieve fast results PBNs can give significant boost in SERPs but the long term maintenance cost is high.
 
I think guest post is better, it easy way to gain lot of exposure quickly. Make sure your site was high quality and informative content.

PBNS and Guest post both are Good. Purely Depends on page you are trying to rank ,keywords you are Targeting and Budget .

If you want to Increase your Authority score Go with High Quality Related PBN Sites ,Increase your site Traffic Prefer Guest Post .

Obviously, Guest Posts are far better than PBNs in producing results.

If you don't have the budget for Guest Posts, do outreach by yourself and try to get them.

Beyond all, it depends on your niche and competition level and the difficulty level of your focusing keywords,etc.
