Which is better drop shipping or affiliate?

HI,
Just wanted your practical views on which would be the best option to make money, drop shipping or affiliate commission income. Please explain the pros and cons also if possible.

People doing well with dropshipping will say that dropshipping is better and people doing well with affiliate marketing will say affiliate is better

imo
dropshipping more profit but harder to achieve vice versa for affiliate

Drop shipping you are dealing with actual customers, where as affiliate sites, you are not dealing with them directly.

Affiliate is better and easier for newbie in my opinion

My plan in the next 2 years:
CPA => amazon affliate => Dropshipping => amazon FBA

In My Opinion :
For The Business Point Of View Dropshipping is Good
For The Earning Point of View Affiliated is Good

I have tried both.
My take is you can make more money doing drop shipping but It also comes with more risks.

Taxes, regulations of your country, suppliers, customer support, etc

Sure. First you have the large risks. If you choose the wrong drop shipper. If you are dropshipping from non- reputable companies and you happen to sell/buy a product that is counterfeit, you may not be able to say well i bought it from xyx supplier so I am off the hook.

b) Dropshipping from well known companies is very hard as the margin is very low. Since their are so many people who are doing this today.

c) You will have to compley with different sets of tax rules, which may or might not be a factor, and something that I cant advise you on since im not an tax accountant.


d) You are buying the product , and expecting to collect from your customer. But what happans if the customer disputes the product.
Amazon/ebay might side with your customer, while you will have to go through your credit card company to get refunded by your "supplier" and their is no proof your credit card company will side with you, when the company can see where they are shipping the product too and its different then your address on file. You might then need the corporation of your Buyer which you may or may not get.

Is depend on the niche, experience & budget you have..

If you are asking this question, then you probably should start with affiliate marketing

Depends on each person experiences. I like affiliate marketing better. It’s just between me and the networks.
