There is no "FREE" bots that is reliable enough to support an entire twitter campaign. You can try STB (in my signature) or download this automated follow/unfollow tool: Twitter Lead Builder

By the way, I am not sure what you mean by "no password".
 
i think he mean to say that :

is there any software or bot avaiable that can allow him to enter his username of the "Twitter account" and drive followers to it without need of login details of the followers needed account ;)
 
Have you tried sites like YouLikeHits?

I personally wouldn't recommend doing stuff like this but if it's your only option then so be it.
