Which is best software to generate forum backlinks ?

Hi there,
I have started working on a new niche recently. And Most of my competitors have lots of same Referring domains and backlinks (forums and guestbooks most) , and even backlinks are in same pattern. I am preety sure these backlinks are generated some through software.

These are some links for example:

If anyone knows , which software builds these kind of backlinks , please reply me here.

I think those links are generated by gsa - it handles both forum and guestbook links pretty well, but you will need to feed it with a link list to maximize its effectiveness.
But in my opinion, those links do not really contribute value overall to a site over time. It used to bump the authority a little bit in the past, but it appears that it doesn't really contribute that well after all the recent updates.
