lol no, actually is workers but due to my kind of business I need to see if the work is done or not and I can't just walk in to check, too far lol.

Sounds like you’re looking for a RAT, which can’t be discussed on BHW.

I would recommend you have them connect to your internet connection via a VPN and monitor their traffic to see if they’re doing the work.

Although, that would only work for internet-based work and not something like writing in Word.
