Which is best Fiverr or Upwork?

Hi All,
I am using Fiverr from the last Months. got some order but not Much.I have tried many things on many platforms to get more orders but not getting orders.I have some Technical support and Lead generation Gigs but not getting the orders.
I have a question what should I do to get more orders or Should I try Upwork?
Anyone, please suggest me.

You should learn how to leverage both as there both useful in there own right.

Fiverr is definitely cheaper and quality may not be up to UpWork standards but you can find goldmines on there depending on what you need.
 
For lead gen service, instead of waiting for clients to come to you, you can reach out to potential prospects by email and offer your service to them.
 
For getting jobs upwork is good. For seo and providing link building service fiverr is good
 
Upwork cares about their freelancers more. Fiverr let's everyone to join and the competition is crazy. If it's not a specific niche then it's nearly impossible to get enough work to make a living.. Fiverr is the side of the side job, not more than that. But, if you offer your services do it on both platforms because why not really?
 
That's easy one. Do bought.

I really hate Fiverr. Hate their support, hate analytics there, hate that they charge commision for both parts.
Their SEARCH is illogical. You can set on your Fiverr Gig, Keyword in the title and text, use it as meta-tag and there is cases where you gig even don't appear searching from this service.

But for many type of service they got lots of traffic and audience that got trust to their marketplace. So it's smart to maintain and develop your profiles there. That's is a source of clients and sells.

It also strongly depends what you want to sell. Not only type of services, but also price. If you sell high quality service with real price. You need a pro status.
 
Been doing fiverr for a while now, and I feel there is nothing left for me there. Moving onto Upwork...
 
Thanks to all of you for your time and Suggestion. Now I feel the same that Fiverr will give you orders but to make only Good.For that, you have to keep in touch with your profile. To get into search results I tried many things, changing the content of Gig every month.TRying many things which YT guys suggesting. Upwork will take you beyond the Good but if you are capable of that.I don't have Upwork past experience. I just recently created an account on Upwork,I can see clients are paying much much more as compare to Fiverr. And yeah there terms and conditions are Strict than Fiverr. Maybe of course because of their reputation in the market.
Fiverr showing less number of buyers request for new, but this is not the case in Upwork. In Upwork, you can see many types of projects, requests and definitely a lot of money.
Is the charge is the same for both sites?
Fiverr charge 2$ for every 10$,I just seen on Upwork that there is a option as Contract for which Upwork charges only something near 3%? Now from now, I think I have to focus on Upwork most.
 
For lead Generation, As suggested above I tried on Linkedin, also email. But still no result.
 
In my opinion Upwork for best quality gigs.. but fiverr is also good to start with low invest.
 
Yes this kind of gigs are in Upwork but if low $ try Fiverr.

Try and add more gigs! Even small easy ones, and upsell as you are working for the smaller clients! If you do Lead generation.. make break that down into different categories or industries or for certain platforms like Linkedin, Yelp.. ect
 
The type of gig you are offering you should go for Upwork but still remain on Fiverr too, you can easily manage both at once :)
