Which is best and user friendly MNS wordpress theme?

I want to build niche MNS which is the best place I can buy wordpress adsense themes and some good plug-in. Also I want to promote click bank products and Amazon products but I need a plugin which hide the clickback affiliate and cloak my link.

Also I need to know if I do link cloaking will Google reducing my ranking

Yeah if your going to go PRO you should use a paid theme although my hat is too black to pay for themes.... to reduce vulnerability attacks if you don't know how to remove them, paid is the way to go, check out pagelines, they have some responsive drag and drop module themes, you should be looking for minimal themes, the so called adsense themes all look alike and most have footprints.

You shouldn't get any penalties for link cloaking as long as you mix in some organic links. Your main goal is not to look like a MFA site, do not install an "made for adsense" theme and look like the obvious. Natural, organic look is what works, for me atleast. Also don't over stress theme and all the cosmetics of a blog, focus and research your keywords that will ultimately decide if your blog is sucessful or not, you can have a pretty blog with horrible no income/traffic generating keywords. Matter of fact stop looking for a theme and go do keyword research, the theme is last. You can make money with adsense with the deafult 2014 wp theme if you target the correct keywords and place your ads wisely. Don't over think it. Good Luck.
