Which is best adsense alternative?

Which is best adsense alternative? Shall i go with adsense or with affiliate networks? Thinking to monetize with chitika.....

Today chitika shortage of advertisers.

The best so far has been the Amazon Affiliate Program. If you are in placing ad blocks on your website similar to AdSense, consider Bidvertiser. It works if you have a niche blog. Try Pay Per Lead types, this could fetch you some dollars. Peerfly is one of the websites that welcomes US traffic and provides good offers for US based traffic.

If I were you, I would go with either Amazon Associates or just use CPA ads, depending on your niche.

Yes, as long as the other ad network doesn't try to mimic your Adsense ads, it's fine to use.

Which of these alternatives are straight CPC (or even CPM)? The type of traffic I bring in isn't engaged enough to do well with CPA. Amazon Associates is a good route to go with too - I have that consistently earning on a few of my sites per month, but again it depends on the type of traffic you're bringing in.

I will recommend Bidvertiser, Infolinks and Clicksor. All of these are great alternative of adsense.

if you need along term income you shouldn't bother your visitor with so much ad units and cpa offers
this my opinion and i find it reasonable for any one else too ..

Media.net ads. Works good for my main site, along with adsense (which is the primary source of income).

I heard Media.net and Amazon are the best replacements but Media.net will pay you half of what Adsense does.

Media.net is another good source of monetization. They convert well if you have more US, UK and Canadian traffic

I have a few sites and I am using Media. net. They work great if you have US, UK traffic.

Have an aff acc with them - you get 10% additional earnings for 3 months too. PM me if keen.

Go affiliate girl, nothing to beat the earnings like affiliate if you hit the sweet spot.

Believe it or not, but media.net works better for me on my main site than adsense (been using adsense for 4 years now).

I was certain that nothing can beat adsense. Well, I was wrong. For my website at least. Maybe you have a different experience.

But in my case it was like this. I had adsense installed on my site (wordpress). Had 3 banners in place. 1 on top (under article title), 1 in the middle of content (article body) and 1 in the sidebar (widget). The first banner under article title generates 75+% of all revenue. The banner in the middle generated only about 10% so I decided to switch it to media.net ads (actually media.net contacted me first and asked me if I want to try their platform). And now the funny part. One media.net banner overtook my main adsense banner. This media.net banner alone made more than the other 2 adsense units that are in place.

But like mentioned above already - yes, 85% of my traffic comes from USA, UK, CAN, .... It's quality traffic and converts very well. My site was also eligible for "premium media.net ads" which pay more.

So, media.net ads is what I run now in conjunction with adsense. I am sorry I did not made that shift earlier.

I have doubled my earnings this way. And no, my site is not earnings peanuts, it's earning 4 figures in € per month and now it's earning double those 4 figures.

This is not true. Here's a direct information from my account manager at media.net:

"We start off with a rev share percentage of 70%. Later, our system dynamically changes the rev share based on the quality of traffic we receive - better the quality, higher the percentage. "



As a final note - stay away from infolinks. They're s**t. Amazon also doesn't convert well, unless you have a review website.

Amazon is the biggest online store in the world, so they must be doing something good. Well, if you have a website that talks about any product that can be found on Amazon, then Amazon associates could work for you. Amazon allows you to put dynamic image ads to your blog, so that you can promote them and while this isn't a Pay-per-click or CPM program, it will pay you a small commission for everything they sell from your links. So let's say you have a blog about Apple products and you put an ad driving them to buy an iPod or just a cable. If they buy it, an small commission will be for you. So if you sell a $10 cable you might receive a few cents, but sell a $1500 Laptop and you might receive $100. The good thing is that everything they buy through your link (even if it isn't the product you recommended at first) will generate a commission for your. the only con I find with Amazon, is that they need to send you a check that could take weeks to arrive to your home, unless you live in the United Stated of America where you can provide your Bank account. You can use this with Adsense at the same time.
