which IP for new paypal account (old pp acc limited)

I got paypal limited 2 times and now I wanna create a new one with fresh domain, new data, new company...I already went through all this over years and it worked.

But problem is now..


which IP adress do I use for registering/using the account?
I cant use my HOME Ip as I used for the last account...dont want to get limited again fast...


What solution?

Have you got a static IP then?
Turning off your router and leaving it 20 minutes always give me a new IP.

Get Residential IP Address Proxies. you can check the marketplace here. I've been using them on my stealth accounts without problems.

Don't even think of using VPN on paypal accounts, or any other payment gateways.
Check here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/
Or you can just use your mobile data IP. It's way better than using the VPNs you mentioned.

Ok what is the BEST solution? seriously...
which proxies exactly to buy to register/use new paypal business account? (Singapore)

yes I have static home IP...cant use that
and mobile internet isnt that too risky?

Just use your mobile's 4G, it is safe enough. When you want to change your IP toggle the airplane mode for like 1 minute and you have a fresh IP.
