I have had this happen with my proxy provider multiple times whenever I purchase a new proxy. I usually just contact my provider and they fix it for me. a lot of the times I have just chosen a setting wrong when purchasing and they were quick to fix and get me running. not sure if you've tried this but figured id put my input in!

From what I understand, the best proxies for instagram are static residential. no?

Residential works fine for brand accounts and not likely favorable for botting a huge number of accounts. 4g is perfect for that case and yet a bit expensive
