there is no perfect indexer that give 100% indexing your link but you may try linkbox.pro addtoindex.com

I would like to prefer yoast seo,pinger , speed links.
but i can't say they work 100% efficiently.

I don't think there is an guaranteed tool to get you an 100% indexing for sure but anyway you can try speedlinks, pinger.
