Good ol' manual work, brother. Use Google operators to find websites from your article's niche that accept comments and blast away - never use the same text for every comment, keep it unique and relevant. Place the link on your name and not inside your comment to ensure that your acceptance rate is much higher.

150,000 backlinks manual, this is crazy

Truth, not feasible for these amounts of course. I do this method for top quality links and not for the lower quality ones - out of those 150,000, how many do you think are really worth it? I've had more success with fewer powerful links rather than tons of weak ones.
