Which idea to pursue ?

Hello guys, I've always had a lot of businness ideas. Long term I'm working on a website that will change the game for photographers. But before doing this project I need to do some other stuff... Here are my different ideas/questions. I would appreciate if more experienced members help me to make my ideas a bit more clear.
1. POD: I have a good niche idea, but don't know if its better to make my own site and sell from there with a POD dropshipping service or if it's better to use redbubble and similar websites ? If POD dropshipping, who is the best provider ? I have no experience with wordpress but I'm a really fast learner and I think it wouldnt be too hard to create a dropshipping website. Im just worried about the money. How does it work, where to get paid, and more legal stuff if i start to make good money how should i declare it....
2. Niche instagram: I'm really good at photography and I noticed that stupid quote accounts are working good. I had the idea to take quotes which contains words like "apple" or any other word describing everyday objects. Im a good photographer so I would take a picture of the object mentionned in the quote and would write the quote over the photo. This would be done in a nice style and could grow quite fast I believe. Then I would start selling POD objects with my instagram posts on it. Also could make paid shoutouts and basically just milk the instagram account. Problem with this idea is that I'm not ensured that the account will blow up. The good thing is that it's quickly done. I can search for 100 quotes, find the objects, set up the studio and shoot 100 pictures. Then paste the same preset on all of them and add the quote with photoshop on top of it. It wouldnt take too long to have enough posts for a few months.
3. The infamous quizz site but in french. Using fb groups and french forums to attract traffic. Also proposing partnership with "influencers". Telling them to share the link and they would get half the profit from the traffic they draw.
4. Youtube gaming channel. Making "pranks" in a famous fps. Like pranksters in real life but in the video game, it would be quick videos making a best off of people's reaction to my jokes in online multiplayer game. This is a good way to draw audience as there doesnt seem to be a lot of channels making pranks in video games. It is also marketable as i could share different websites, i could also sell funny t-shirts with pod site.

Tell me what you think of my ideas ? Im thinking of doing 2 and 4 at the same time. Does anyone know how to monetize youtube videos nowadays ? I used to have a monetized ready channel, i could log back into it and maybe use it... it has 150 subscribers and a number of views but it pisses me off to erase the videos on there...

I don't wanna bring your spirit down, but whatever expectations you have, just drop them or keep them low as you start any of your journeys. Sure, set up goals, but it's painful to assume you'll be making "x amount" or partnerships with influencers in exchange for traffic profits.
However, your ideas are a good start. Do something you're passionate about. For the youtube channel, did you check it recently? It may not still be monetized since they've changed their conditions and requirements.

I just checked it, it's an not monetized anymore. It has 140 subs and is a 10 year old channel... Do I still have a benefit by starting from this channel ? Or should I just create a new account ? If there is a benefit i might put the already uploaded videos to private and change the channel. Otherwise I will just start a new one.

Because I'm not talented enough to provide high level gameplay. I also had another idea to create a separate channel that would be a "central" for the game. I would upload easy to made tutorials about the game. It's a new game with different heroes, for each hero i can make a tutorial on each map of the game. I will scrape the tutorial from some guys and recreate them myself in a simpler way. I could prepare the videos in a week. And then upload daily. And also use other people's footage to make best of ("best hero X plays in 2020"). But what's annoying to me with youtube is that it takes quite some time before monetization. I feel like getting views can be easy but 1000 subscribers isnt. I would create a twitter and instagram. I would promote the page on reddit, facebook, twitter and also on niche sites about the game. On the instagram I would post memes and occasionnally advertise my videos. I would use the instagram to drive youtube views by doing follow/unfollow.
