I'm creating next project and I will be getting traffic from people looking for hotels in all parts of the world.Which hotels site have the most hotels on their site and pays good in affiliate commissions.

Booking.com is the best one, the biggest one and the most reputable one.
However, I can't remember the last time when I was searching for a hotel or anything related to it, and they did not have the number 1. Adwords spot

Where do you find data fror content. Do those affiliate sites (agoda.com for example) allows using their pictures and hotel description on your site?

Can you earn something like $50 per 100 clicks.

Check Flippa.com - good resource for seeing who's making money or at least claiming to be making money in a specific niche. I brought this up as some guy was claiming to be making 5 figures a month on a hotel affiliate.

It's good to as you can act as a prospective buyer and pull as much info as you can from them

Have you tried any of the big name ones? Expedia/Travelocity/Orbitz?

People are probably more likely to order though something they have heard of before.
