Which hosting provider do you use?

The title says it all

I'm looking to change my hosting from NameCheap

So looking for suggestions I have around 1000-2000 visits/day

How many visitors can the $10 droplet handle and are there any guides you can recommend on setting up the droplet to host the website?

I'm using namecheap but why u wanna change it?
 
I use WPX as they are fast and have free SSL. You have to see what is best for your needs/price.
 
I use inmotion and stackpath CDN. I planned on moving my sites to Google Cloud Platform tho but it turns out it is not that easy unless you are a good devops :/
 
Why do want to shift your hosting, I'm also using namecheap with no issue?
