I have Used Hostgator and Stablehost, and I can say I'm happy with them, both have Good Uptime and support.

5 of those hosting is good, they are reputable, but in order to choose which one is the best, it can only be done by trying every of them (personal experience), which one is the most suitable for your budget, needs, and more flexible. every person has a different idea on those reasons. anyway why not trying a middle end web hosting? i mean not a big or very reputable one. sometimes the middle end provider is more flexible and more personally take care of their clients.

Only one I've used is HostGator (simply because of the reviews).
