Which hosting do you recommend for my plan?

Ok so I want to host a website that provides UFC streams (will not be hosted directly on my website) but I do not want to get into trouble with Zuffa Inc. (company that owns UFC).

Last time I used a US host and Zuffa obtained my information and sent me a cease and desist.. They got my information from domainsbyproxy though. This time I am using a domain from outside of the US.

Is a US host still okay for this ordeal? Or should I use an offshore host?
