which host will move my site for me?

It will probably depend on the control panel you are using now. If its cPanel then most hosts will do a free transfer as its a couple of clicks on their end and its done. Directadmin is a backup, move and restore type thing which is simple enough but a bit more manual (unless its changed lately).
If you are moving from two different panels then you will have to search for companies that will do it - the smaller companies will probably do it compared to larger ones where you are just a few bucks of profit.

What kind of CMS you are using? In Poland few companies do it for their customers but it depends on the CMS you are using. Wordpress is easy to migrate.
