Which HDD to choose

Hi BHW members,
I want to upgrade my current HDD on my server. Now it is old Maxtor 40 GB
It is a Windows Server 2008 R2. I am using IIS for my websites hosting, DNS, DHCP, NAT. Additionally I use Scrapebox (almost 24/7), Scrapeboard, Domain Samurai, Traffic Travis.
I ask you guys to help me with choosing one of these two:
Western Digital Caviar Black WD5002AALX 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
OR

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F4 HD322GJ/U 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5"

I don't care much about space as my 40 GB is enough for me. I need HDD that would increase my Black Hat Tools Performance.

Anyways kazhkaz if u only want to choose between those two, its almost a no brainer to just go for the western digital between those two but typically seagate hard drives are the most reliable bang for your buck.

I'd go for the WD as well. a) It's a world famous hard drive brand b) Samsung products are shit c) the WD has got twice the cache and quoted IO speed.

I think there are new solid state hdd's that are even more responsive than 7200rpm drives, worth sussing that out imo for best performance

SSD aren't an option for me because I have low budget (WD price is maximum I can afford). For this price I only can get 16 GB Kingston SSD but 16 GB is to low for me.
Samsung is good for sequential read/write but as I understand it is used when copying/moving files? And what is random transfer then?
