Which has the best email / zip submits

Can anyone recommend some email/zip submit sites that are easy to get accepted and are decent? A CPA network that's...noob-friendly and doesn't require a phone call?
I'm just starting out and I don't want to waste my time applying to hard-to-get-into sites.

I haven't had a problem getting the submits accepted on cpatank. Usually they are within a few hours, and if you IM your AM it's pretty much instant.
MB 5 submits and you are not joking ?
Closer to a 100 email submit offers then 5.
