I'm getting into CPA (whitehat), and I would love to hear your thoughts on which CPA sites have the best ZIP / Email Submits.

Yeah, they have tons of shitty email submits offers, advertisers are scrubbing. Do not recommend pushing with them.

Who doesn't scrub email/zip submits? I'd love to use that company. . .

I just signed up for Affillion, support was great, they sure do have many Email submits, $3.5 max though.

Staff at cpadome.com are adding tons of email/zip submits. We are working on adding high paying inc offer submits. thanks
To tell you the truth I'm not interested in $3.50 1-page email submits. The scrub rate is going to be so high you wont be able to accurately measure your data and consequently focusing and scaling any campaign is going to be near impossible.
I'd personally prefer to use a $1.75 email submit with a low scrub rate. Try Epic Direct/NeverBlue/MaxBounty/COPEAC - yes they are more difficult to get into, but they provide real offers, real support and real market insight.
MaxBounty have recently integrated affiliate wide weekly payouts (not sure of the clearing period however), which is nice for those using PPC/PPV style advertising where there is an upfront cost associated with their medium.
Don't try and BH these guys however, they have seen it all before and know all the tricks, if you ever want to get paid play by the rules.

Maxbounty has around 5 email submits (not even joking)
Cpatank has around 60 yet you have to apply for 95% of them and they are slow at accepting your application for the offer as well as not actually showing the actual country the offer is located in..
