Which gameplay recorder for Android?

Hello!

I am starting with mobile games YouYube channel (mobile gameplays) and I would like to ask experienced YouTubers (gaming) which software for Android to choose?
When I asked AI then I have got many options:

- AZ Screen Recorder
- XRecorder
- Mobizen Screen Recorder
- Google Play Games
- SRecorder

I am looking for free (not paid) solution. My buddy told me that maybe default POCO X7 Pro recorder.

Personally I send the phone image with scrcpy to my desktop and then I record with OBS. I don't do gameplays but for whatever serious tutorial I need to do generally I follow this method. Otherwise, I directly use the default recorder that most Android versions ship.

AZ Screen Recorder and XRecorder are both solid options they’re free easy to use and offer good quality. You can also try POCO’s built-in recorder it works pretty smoothly too.

Google Play Games recorder is super convenient if you don’t want extra apps, but editing is basic.

Using scrcpy with OBS gives you more control and quality, especially for detailed content. Perfect if you want crisp recordings beyond just casual gameplay.
