Which free blog has the easiest setup process?

Wanting to automate.

I use tumblr currently but there are so many steps it takes a long time just to make a couple of blogs. And since there are so many steps I have to monitor always to check nothing goes wrong.

I just need them for free domains where I can host images and also need to be able to edit the html.

Oh I forgot mention it will be adult content.

I just read wordpress TOS and although they said they allow adult content they said they don't allow explicit pictures...wtf?

What's your budget? Wordpress doesn't allow it when you host on their servers (free), but if you self-host it, adult is fine.
 
Pay up the $3/month and get a basic hosting plan so you can put adult content there. You have $3 don't you? Otherwise start googling "free adult web hosts". There's a lot on the search results.
Personally I would never use or recommend free hosting for any serious marketing endeavour.
 
Try webs.com. I think it would be easy to automate registration. Im not sure if they allow explicit pictures.
 
Why not easyxsites.com if you want free for adult niche?

They're good. Crakrevenue even did a blog post about using them to make money in the adult niche.

I want to make a movie streaming site but I don't have any budget .Can I do it with free hosting ? I will only embed my vids so it's not gonna weigh so much on the site ,right?
 
Blogger is the best option out there. You can edit html and its easy to use too.

Why don't you do a live streaming right from your Facebook Fanpage? This way you can build up followers and grab opportunity to get them to opt in to your newsletter and promote products to them.
