Which Four Free Blogs For Tier 1 Web 2.0s?

If you was in the process of building 4 free blog tier one web 2.0s which sites would you use?

Is it massively important which I use or are they all the same for the purposes we want?

I'd say the higher the PR the better. Other than that, they are pretty much the same. Wordpress.com, weebly.com, webs.com are some that I use.
 
Ok buddy thanks, Im on weebly and blogger so far will add those two to my list and go with them for my MNS first 4 tier 1s.
 
I would go: wordpress, blogspot, weebly and tumblr
 
I would go for the above listed, but instead of weebly, i prefer wp based sites and/or sites that display in an easy to read blog fashion. blogdotcom is good, I also like multiply
