Which Forum Software Is Good For PM Blasting Messages

I've got a program that sends out privite messages
to vbulletin forums.

Most of the forums have a limit of only 1 message
every 60 seconds that's only 60 an hour.

Which forum software is the easiest to pm with
and would not have a limit like vbulletin does.

I might make an iMacros script for this. It's time I learned iMacros anyway.

Let me know how things are going and I'll keep digging around. One thing I'll need to beware of is sending PMs to moderators

Vbulletin Manager v1.5 is the best till now..
you can add lets say 5 accounts each account will let you send 5 PMs each 1 min using BCCs...
so each 1 min you will send 25 PMs..
in 1 hour = 1500
in 1 day you will send 36000 PMs..
it also sends unique PMs VBulletin spam filters wont catch your dirty work...
you can send 2 multiple forums at same time and you can send mutiple PMs..
I'm using it now and I get lots of traffic from pms..
