Which Facebook Bot performs this function

Which facebook bot can automatically find new posts from fan pages and comment on them immediately? I can confirm that Facedominator, Friendbomber, and Massplanner do not perform this function. I am positive that other marketers have this capability.

I am willing to pay for any software that can perform this function.

the immediately bit i guess can be done only though their api

as for what you need, you can do that in Mass Planner with the comment module. You add the fan pages as sources then you set how fast to go and look for posts on those pages. You set as keywords "a,e,i,o,u" in order to catch all posts, set max days 1 or 2 so it only comments on new posts. Now you set the wait time between operation 1 to 2 minutes so it will basically go every 1 to 2 minutes to one of those pages, get the latest posts and comment on one or more depending on what you set. It's not exactly immediate, but 1-2 minutes should be pretty close.
