I got 2 expired web 2.0,
1. DA 45 but cf 3 tf 5
2. DA 30 but cf 9 tf 10

Which one should I choose?

DA is almost entirely pointless for web 2.0s. For yoursite.wordpress.com, the DA is Wordpress' DA and is the same on every other Wordpress site. You can extrapolate the same thing to Joomla, Weebly, and the other web 2.0 options. DA isn't particularly great at accurately assessing subdomains, which is what web 2.0s are.

So, to answer your question, the second one is probably better.

BRO I have blogspot blogs

BRO I have blogspot blogs

Every blog on Blogspot has the same DA. Maybe you're referring to PA instead?

Blogspot DA is 90?

If you created your own free site means your PA only increased but how you got DA 45 and 30?

Can you show me the URL?

I doubt you will be able to rank your site.

Looking only on the PA(?) and TF, second one looks better.
How many backlinks do they have?

Can't you just tell us the amount of referring domains they have? That's the easier rule of thumb there is.

Hey mate. You have to look at PA, TF and CF for web2.0 link building.

All the web2.0 platforms have high DA only. But we need high PA and TF for best link building.

The second one having more links, that's better compared to the first one

I think that you have some questions here without knowing their basics.
Try to learn basics first and then start with asking questions.
