Generally speaking, the selection criteria are:
1. How many years the site has been online continuously
2. Whether it has been indexed
3. Whether the site’s history is clean
4. Whether the domain status is normal (blacklisted, blocked, compromised, etc.)

What matter is if the domain is indexed and is better if you can choose a .com domain
