Which Email Solution to Use for Sending Outreach Emails

I've been sending a lot of outreach emails for the past couple of years. I've moved on from free email accounts (gmail, etc) to email accounts supplied by hosting providers.

Gmail monitors if you're sending the same template out repeatedly & will also monitor spam complaints closely, meaning that your emails will automatically end up in spam folders very quickly

Paid email solutions are a lot more forgiving, but i'm still finding myself on the receiving end of spam complaints - i'm on my last warning with Host Gator and have to move onto another hosting provider to start sending emails again.

Can anyone recommend any decent solutions for sending bulk emails each day?
I'm assuming there would have to be some foreign solutions that would be sympathetic to my cause & let me keep spamming?

You could certainly look into renting a server with Interspire and the necessary additions configured for you so that you'll avoid the spam filter but it's costly and there's a lot of scamming in that industry. I don't have a provider to suggest for you, so I'll simply warn you to be very thorough before you decide to hand money over to someone who claims to be able to deliver. In most cases, you'll only be able to submit payment via a platform that presents no opportunity for dispute or refund.
