So basically you lost the OP, I read all the services on the market on this thread lol.
If you want to optimize your budget you have to define your strategy, will you have a big list and send a few emails or the opposite, having a small list and sending a lot of emails.
Mail chimp is a bit difficult to handle, it’s expensive, but I think it’s one of the best.
I heard a lot of good of Aweber.
But I use Sendinblue because the pricing suits my needs better, and it’s ok for now.
Do try Convertkit as well. They offer some nice features
Whats your experience with sendinblue compared with getresponse?I use SendInBlue.

Ok, sendinblue working well for you? They are affiliate friendly?I never used getresponse, so I don't have a answer for you, sorry.
It's good for 100-200 mails/day for regular account and 500 mails/day for Gsuite. It's not meant for bulk mailing and branding. There are some tools which allow you to use multiple accounts to send more mails. But you can avoid all the hassle if you're ready to pay for premium products.so you mean just use an ordinary gmail account and set up SMPT.

Mailchimp and some other providers charge you based on your contact list. If you don't want to keep them forever, archive your contacts and remove them from your mailing list. This will help you keep your costs to a minimum by paying for only active users. Thanks for your helpful answer
I never thought of it that way.
I think my strategy would be to email about 10k per week.
I only need to email each address once or twice and that's probably the lifetime of the customer....for that particular product.
