Which email providers do NOT delete your account due to inactivity?

I want to sign up for a service that requires email verification. I want to create an email account for this purpose, click on the link that they send, and never log into that email again. But I don't want the email address deactivated because occasionally they might send random promotional emails and I don't want the emails to bounce back. I want the emails to come in, but I will never read them. I don't want to use a disposable email because I don't want any random person to be able to see my emails.
I know gmail doesn't delete accounts but I don't want to go with gmail because I don't want google reading my messages
I know mail.com deletes emails after 6 months of inactivity, so that's a no go.
Yahoo mail deletes emails but I am not sure after how long of inactivity. I lost one of my personal accounts this way.
AOL mail I am not sure
Hotmail I don't want because I don't want microsoft reading my messages
is there anything I am missing?

I forgot to mention, I don't like protonmail and tutanota because they sound scammy. I understand the need for privacy but unfortunately the general public believes anybody who uses protonmail must be doing something shady.

Absolutely not true, I have been with them for years now and their service is great. The general public also uses protonmail and loves it. I think you have just seen too many dark web videos on youtube to think this.

Tip: You can use protonmail with your own domain, that wont make general public think you are using protonmail.

to be fair, there's been a few times where a website wouldn't accept my tutanota address or proton address, so there's definintely enough people who think these are shady services

Which providers actually delete accounts due to inactivity? Never had problems with gmx and gmail even tho didn't use accounts for ages

Gmails delete for inactivity nowadays. I've even had a handful delete because they apparently encountered some sort of verification error months after creation and since I never logged into them to fix it (because they never emailed my alt email) they deleted. Lost a couple good accounts that way, including today :/

Possibly they expire after 6 months of non-usage, but I certainly have working accounts that are over a year old.
 
Most free email providers do have inactivity policies and delete accounts after specific amount of time, however, the following ones have less restrict rules due to inactivity:

ProtonMail
Tutanota
Zoho Mail
