which email provider is least likely to block account?

which email provider doesn't care if you are acting like a weirdo, using vpn, blocking webrtc, doing things that screams from a mile away that you are not legit? I don't want to create the account and few days later find out it's been blocked.

gmail has blocked many of my accounts because they thought it was made in an automated way, even though it wasn't, I made them manually. protonmail just blocked one of my accounts, surprisingly.
 
avoid popular email host providers i.e. yahoo, hotmail, aol, gmail, etc...

mail.** doesn't care if you want to try that
 
You can ignore these- yahoo, hotmail, aol, and gmail email host providers.
 
Protonmail keeps blocking my accounts, and I'm not sure why, I've had to create a couple of Tutanota accs but they don't like you using same server
