which dynamic vpn for usa youtube account ?

can someone recomend me a good vpn for using youtube account
i don't want to use my ip as i have noticed that when i promote using indian youtube accounts made with indian ip my ranking is not that good while when i use ip of specific country and target content for that country it ranks higher for high competetion keyword .

so can someone tell me which vpn should i be using ?? i will buy account from seller but i dont know with which ip should i upload video

I have had horrible experiances with VPN's . 2 paid VPN's I've used 1. tunnel bear and 2. Vyper vpn both were terribly slow, whatismyip showed thier IP's as conformed proxies and worst of all they almost got my payment gateway account banned.

Hire a private vpn, there some for sale here on BST section.
