How'd you find one with 44 DA! In all my time, the highest I got was maybe 28 DA.

It's easy, if the domains were spammed with tons of low quality backlinks. You have to analyze the quality of the backlinks closely not just looking at the metrics. Most of the site explorers in the market fail to give you the whole picture of a site's backlink profile. You have to cross check everywhere to make sure...

Make sure there are no Chinese anchor texts. Seen that in many PBN sites.
