Which domain you would choose.?

It depends on your requirements and other metrics. Quality over quantity always helps!
Do any of these domains have any key terms that would help represent what the site is going to be about? While it's a little passe to do this now, but it definitely helps -- if for no other reason, it helps users search for the brand name, which is a positive signal.

i will go with high tf one.. Because you need to spend for 1 in terms of domain and hosting renewal.

What links have powered the TF? If there is some links in the tf12s that are relevant to your intended niche, you might want to pick those

Depends on other metrics (as it was mentioned above) and also depends what you want to do.
However, personally, I find it that it's better to have one website with authority than several less authoritative ones.

Hate to go off the rails here, but i'd go with the domain with better links.
TF is not enough to determine whether a domain is good or not anymore.
The real juice lies in the RD's.
Are the RD's niche relevant? do the anchor texts have a good url:keyword ratio? etc.

While buying domain consider the following factors not only the trust flow it helps to find authority domain
* Domain Authority
* Alexa
* Trust flow
* Domain Age
* Domain name
* Index
* Backlinks
* Anchor text
* Wayback history

1 because it is less quantity but high quality
I would go ahead and check a few other things :-
1) DR and DA
2) Quality of RDs ( free links vs links that cost a bomb vs almost unattainable links, like govt sites )
3) Age of the Domain
4) Niche Relevancy
5) Past usage of the site, no Japanese chinese content
6) Anchors on the domains ( me no likey spamy )
7) If it is indexed in google already, that gets brownie points too.
8) How many hands has the domain passed? Check WHOIS history, if it has been registered multiple times by multiple people and for different purposes. It raises a red flag with me.
