I tried doing some real results and couldnt come up with an answer that I was happy with, so I wanted to get everybodys opinion.

When considering google SERPs which domain will rank higher if all else is the same(content, html, age, etc)

www.myproduct-florida.com
www.myproductflorida.net or .org (no hyphen with a .net or .org)

the .com I want is taken, but .com with hyphen is available and .org and .net are both available.

Thanks

I would register all and put the site on the hyphen domain and point the others to it.

And to add, I don't think it matters since G can determine words within domains without hyphens, although it used to be thought that hyphened domains were better for SEO.

With that being said, on page and off page factors have much to do with your rankings as well whether you have a keyword domain or not.

I think either would do well... although if I had to make a choice I'd go with the .net/no hyphen. IMO I have had many .net's rank very well... no difference than .com

Is your product name important? Do people search for the product name? If so, you've got a good keyword rich domain... if not, you might be better off finding a domain name that someone would actually search for. Good luck. Sometimes the product name is not always the best domain unless its well known.
