Which domain name is better?

Hi guys,

Im about to develop a health MNS but found that the EMD for my main keyword are already taken. So im thinking of adding a dash ("-") in between the words or just append another word just like below:

option1: kw1-kw2.com/net/org -> only .org is available
option2: aboutKW1KW2.com/net/org
option3: KW1KW2info.com/net/org
option4: KW1KW2guide.com/net/org

So which option do you think is better for SEO and easier to rank?

Go for about or the hyphen. Hyphen sites can rank but they are poorer for branding.

Go for option 2.. its easy to optimize.
