Hard to say without seeing your keyword and which I don't think will be good idea to reveal. Just pick one which is easy to remember...
For example No1 is easier to remember then noone.... You can also see some cases where alphabets are easier to remember then numbers...

I personally think mixing in numbers is never a good idea, in never appears as professional. Maybe go for ****.net, but it depends on your keyword I guess.

if it's a micro niche and your main traffic source is google I'd go with keywordsuffix.com (ie no numbers)
if you think you will get direct visitors and it's important to you to use 1/one before the keyword, you could buy both and redirect one of them to the other.
