Which doamian is better for SEO?

Having any of them would have same effect on SEO since the rankings of your website depend on what you post and what kind of links you build rather than just what extension domain you purchase.
Though there has been a debate going over .com and .info but since you didn't included .info in your list, any of them would do good.

Take time to write your post next time.. Your priority should be com > net > info. I'd change the name if com and net are not available because info is not that appealing.

.com/.net ranks best.
Followed by .org/.info.
Then CCLTDs

For myself I only go for .coms, I dont ust the .net/.info.
I always try to get a keyword in my domain, although it is not guarantee to success it is helpful for search engines.

if you ask for Top TLD then .com is best.
But it does not matters alot because if your site is unique then any domain TLd not matters.

How about .US domain. I am currently making a movie-fan website, including name generator and the .us is part of the name. xxx.us.
Is it suitable or should I buy .com one? The audience will be mainly from USA, but it is for every fan of my target theme all over the world.

I've read a forum about domains extension myth on domainkaforum , It says there that the extension does not have that much relevance with the SEO for the domain.
