Anyone know a cryptocurrency with cheap fees for transactions?

I understood that fees for Bitcoin are based on the volume of the market, if it's busy, the higher the fees are ( you can correct me).
So, I was wondering if there is any other crypto that doesn't have this issue.

NANO and IOTA basically have no fees.

But the best is NANO. Because it has the 0 fees and its very easy to integrate it to the website like a payment method

LTC is available in most of teh wallets and exchange and fee is very very low and speed is good
