I see blockchain conferences as a great way to meet people, learn new things, and stay close to what’s happening in Web3. Last year I went to TOKEN2049, and it was a real eye opener. The energy, the people I met, and the talks gave me a whole new view of the space.

This year I’m planning to attend Blockchain Life in Dubai. The Web3 scene there is very active, and I’m excited about the chance to be part of it. I’ll also be keeping an eye out for platforms that might give away tickets to the event.

My question is this: for those who are deep into Web3, what has been the most useful or productive crypto conference you’ve attended, and why?

Not really into crypto conferences, I tried one few years ago and it was all shiny object syndrome for me, wasn't really able to understand what they are trying to sell and what they are trying to make out of it. Felt like scams all around. But yeah if you are into em, for sure it will be beneficial for you. But if you can shed some light on how to get started in web3 it will be great.

For me, ETHGlobal events have been the most productive - great mix of developers, founders, and investors, plus real hands-on building during the hackathons. The networking is super valuable because you meet people actually building in Web3, not just talking about it.

I have never attended any conference. I am not that much rich to afford the expenses to attend one.
