Which CPM Platform Most Cheap for Traffic?

I am searched a lot of site but really ı can’t find best cheap real traffic sites. Which cpm site most cheap for traffic? Countryies not important. I need only real traffic. Cpm should max 0.10$. For example ı want can order 0.07 Cpm. Please advise me.

You can try PropellerAds.As far I know you can start advertising from 0.05$
Don't forget to check out BTC Based Advertising Platform like a-ads

If you're planning to advertise through Pop ads then popcash would be a good choice :)

I did tryied popcash but cpm is 0.20$. ı will try propellerads. Thanks for your answer
 
If you know what you are doing, you can get very cheap traffic from facebook, so check some tutorials out regarding that.
 
There is a lot of networks offering cheap CPM's. My personal favorite is MGID

facebook has a security issue. When I shop, my card is stolen :D

What is cpm for MGID?
 
On most ad networks you can set the rate you pay per CPM (1000 impressions of your ad) but the lower the rate the harder it would be to compete with the other advertisers which means your ad will be shown on a rare occasions.

$0.17 cpm at a-ads is really cool lol. Do you know any other cheap cpm network to buy traffic?
 
https://www.mobidea.com/academy/tag/ad-network/ read here, some of the ad platform really has very low start-bid price . from some of them you can get real but low quality traffic, as you said ,you only want real traffic ...
 
The lowest rate we allow advertisers to set is $0.01 CPM, but the amount of traffic you get at that rate will fluctuate from day to day - depending on who is outbidding you for traffic.
 
I will be mindful that they are tons of cheap traffic the problem is if it’s actually real or fraud so u must be careful
