Which CPA Traffic methods are working these days?

When I worked with CPA, I always went with YouTube, as you are getting instant traffic to your offers.
I was sending traffic either directly to the offer or to one of the free platforms such as Blogger or WordPress.
Yes, YouTube will shut down the channel at some point (maybe), however, the potential is still huge today for the time it takes them to take down your channel, you have more than enough time to make some quick money on the side, and it's easy to make another YT and reupload your clips.

This guy said it all, by the time the video is taken down. I already x10 my money. I have videos that have been up for over a year.

Yup, I make the same money I was making in 2018 in these times. So clearly people seem to still be completing offers. Not sure if it will ever stop.

YouTube is an excellent free traffic source. I used to upload many videos on YT when the 301 views trick was working.

While we are at cloakers, I personally never used one. Are there some cheap ones? Do you maybe know some that you've used and worked?
I would be glad to test some cloakers if that's still possible
