So I have been sending traffic to leadkitchen and 80 clicks no conversions...Just wondering which networks are shaving leads so I can avoid them.

Every network shaves leads. If you're seeing a network shaving alot then avoid it . Just change your network.

The fact that you got no conversion out of 80 clicks doesn't mean that the network is shaving a lot, it could just be the quality of the traffic you're sending, and how much targeted it is.

Every network shaves, but none of them shares 100%.

How do you know it's not the quality of your clicks? It could be 100% your fault. Have you considered the possibility you're not qualifying each click enough?

You should use the same offer on multiple networks. This way, you can see which offer performs the best.
