Which CPA networks allow offline traffic ?

Hi, I plan to do some offline promos. I tried a few networks which do "not" allow offline traffic so wondering which networks allow CPA+OFFLINE ?

Most CPA Networks in general do accept offline traffic, just make sure to talk to your AM first.

Some affiliate networks are OK with offline but CPA's frown upon them . Maybe I am not in the right networks. grrr.

I hurd peerfly has pay per cal, you get paid to send someone to make a call in the 10min call if the caller stays 3min you get paid from $5 and up.

The best thing you can do is ask your AM if that kind of traffic is allowed. Most times they will say I need to ask the advertiser first, but you'll need to follow through because chances are they'll forget. The thing about offline traffic is that the network don't know where the traffic is coming from, your best bet is to send it to a LP instead of DL so that way they can at least see the traffic is coming from there to the the offer.
