Which CPA Network offers this? Forced survey before seeing content?

I'm trying to remember which CPA network had the option to create a "gateway" page that required a lead to take a survey or complete an offer before getting access to protected content.

Any ideas?

Adscendmedia has a content gateway.

So does another network but it cant be talked about here.

Go to http://www.cashbackaffiliates.com/networks/?tag=gateway (it only shows one per page, click "previous page" at the bottom to see others) and browse through there if you want to see a few with reviews.

EDIT: I guess that was confusing for people because I got a few PMs. Never mind, just go to http://cashbackaffiliates.com/networks and look through the ones on the right side, several of them are gateway companies and signing up on CBA lets you to get a kickback of the referral moneyzz is why I point them out.

Ascend's gateway feature is probably the best converting out of the 3-4 networks I tried.
