Which CPA network does pay at 1st page submit???

I sign up for many CPA networks which have email/zip submit offers.They always say pay on 1st page submit
But it doesn't seem like that.After my visitor fill in his email, it take him to severals offers which are surveys and then what?
I check my statistic and no conversion.I"m so confused by making money with CPA
Please recommend me which CPA network really pay for 1st page submit

I have seen conversions on 1st page submits. Which networks are you using? Mine are doing ok. I am using Max, GMM, AZ.

I'm in Adangler and Infinite which is not big.
Could you tell me how to get accept by Max, GMM and AZ

If not peerfly then try out maxbounty or flux ads..they work well and have best offers.

For Email/Zip submit, Peerfly Rocks! Your conversion stat appears once a lead enters email/zip as for my experience.

Normally, once a visitor enter email/zip, they will be taken to the next pages with survey or poll.

Actually the network pay when a visitor enter their email/zip, but if there are many leads that do not take the next survey or poll, they will inform you that your leads are low quality leads, so they will mark you in blackList for that offer!
