Which CPA network can I get in?

I am getting confused, cause some say CPA, then
from what I am reading, they sound like CPS.

I have a plan for CL, so I won't ask anyone
to walk me through on how to get leads.

I don't have a website, so I will put advertising on
social media, if that is OK... So, I need one that will
except this from me.

I also do not want to waste my time getting $3 for my
efforts on everyone who signs up, if I can get more, which
is basically why I am asking.

I need an auction CPA program, as this is in my plan

I belong to PennyAuctionAffiliates already, but would
like to know, if there is a better one.

So, I got the marketing taken care of. .
All I need is a solid auction CPA program
that will be easy to join, with the highest CPA
I can get.

It says all info was updated but gave me this message on top

it seems as though you want a CPL or CPS (cost per lead/sale)

Try CPA Beyond. They have the following
Bid Cactus $65.00 per Conversion
BidCactus.com $15.00 per Conversion
DealFun.com $47.00 per Conversion
Quibids (US) $30.00 per Conversion

Try going direct. You're wanting penny auctions, right? Why not do residual earnings? pennyauctionsite.com pays every time your buyer spends money, so you get a percent. Less money upfront, more money in the end. The owner is a member here and he's a really good guy. Been around since '08.
